《全新版大學英語綜閤教程(6)學生用書》為《綜閤教程》的第六冊。現將書內各單元的四個部分分彆簡介如下：Part I為每單元提供瞭一段與該單元主題緊密相關的錄音，要求學生上課前預習時聽，該錄音的文字稿附在書後以供參考。這一活動旨地激活學生已有的知識圖式、引導學生進入主題並為學習課文做好準備。Part II由正課文、詞錶和練習三部分組成。課文注釋采用腳注，練習部分主要包括下列幾個方麵：1、課文理解；2、語感培養；3、語言操練。Part III由副課文、詞錶和練習三部分組成。課文的注釋同樣采用腳注形式，每課詞錶列齣20個四級詞和短語作為復用詞供操練。其餘的生詞和短語要查找書後的詞匯錶。練習包括有關課文內容的多項選擇題、課文句子翻譯和詞語填充，練習答案亦附於書後。Part IV是一項進一步深化的綜閤性口、筆實踐活動。它是在學生經過瞭正、副課文和學習和一係列的語言操練後。對相關主題的內容和語言錶述已有所掌握的前提下進行的。主要由小組討論和課堂寫作兩部分構成。後者以前者為基礎，書後練習答案附錄中，有一篇寫好的作文供學生參考。
