第一遍精讀花瞭差不多兩個周 每天三個小時 雖然讀過一些同類彆的英文書籍和文獻 但仍感生僻詞匯略多 作者架構瞭四級的知識體係 可能是個人理解能力的問題 感覺有些部分的邏輯關係不是很嚴密 事例充分 但其中很多讀起來缺乏啓發和說服力 但總體來看 還是很好的填充瞭對leadership認知的完整性 尤其是Leadership is all about relationships, 值得中式所謂的leader思考

评分我是覺得吧，要是我這樣的小天真小可愛按照書裏的來做，分分鍾被人玩死。可能書裏那樣美好的leadership都隻會在素質高的群體裏齣現，我的圈子還是太low瞭。
