重新看了一遍!除了之前看过的类内啡肽啊啥leaky gut啊那一套东西,印象很深的是gluten可以调节CCK信号转导,所以会阻碍你的餍足信号以至于摄入更多卡路里。哈宁。
评分作者是专攻心脏病学的医生(MD),处理了几千个病例。他写的这本书正是基于他所经手的病例与他的观察与总结。很有启发性。看完这本书后,我不再吃面粉了。的确大有益处。
评分啰啰嗦嗦卖关子,核心思想是现代的小麦和几千年前甚至几十年前人类吃的小麦是不一样的,现在的麦子对人身体不好,容易导致腹部脂肪囤积、上瘾症和情绪失调,把麦子说得像毒药一样,是不是真的我也不能分辨。
评分作者认为,人类食用谷物和稻科植物种子的时间不及整个人类历史的二百分之一,开始食用稻科植物种子后,患龋齿、缺铁等问题的比例暴增,甚至会引发关节炎和其他骨科疾病。 作者从不同途径拼凑证据,特别是Dr. Alessio Fasano的研究。 而Fasano并不认同作者的“谷物有害论”。他指出:当人已经出现以下四种问题的时候,麸质才是有害的:基因遗传性易感染、肠漏、有问题的免疫系统和肠道菌群失衡症状。几乎每一种食物都会对一小部分人产生副作用,在所有食物中,谷物并没有什么特别的。
评分最近疯狂看此类东西。虽然现代小麦跟古代小麦不同,但是营养差不多。过多的糖肯定是不好的,但是过多的蛋白质和脂肪也不好。所以除了那些麦麸不耐受的人,大多数人还是应该吃GI低的食物,就是五谷杂粮,少食白面食品和白米,不过中国饮食这么长时间对身体还是挺和谐的,所以吃什么还是要看个人。
