寫得真好。雖然說是an introduction, 但是非常多閃亮的觀點。比如對stanley fish的批評, 還有引言開始沒多久對richards practical criticism尤其是那個著名課堂實驗受眾的背景反思(all students are white and well-educated)。對hisrch的validity in interpretation的總結和發展,本身已經可以寫一篇文章了。而且文字非常清楚,比起eagleton討論愛爾蘭民族主義時寫的天書(收在Nationalism, Colonialism, and Literature一小書中,同書還有said和f. jameson的文章, eagleton寫得比jameson還繞),實在是太readable了

书很好。逻辑清晰，观点鲜明且一针见血，论述全面透彻，语言毫不呆板。唯一可惜的是第一遍读下来没有记住太多的东西，阐释学、结构主义以及解构主义各派人物的观点都有交叉，但对Text/discourse 作者和读者的侧重点不同。其实作者讲得很清晰（太清晰了以至于我记不了），每个阶段的循序渐进也铺得很好，但我必须在做笔记的时候再捋一遍…其实对海德格尔的关于Dasein 观点很赞同，但无奈他的走向，让我喜欢不了他。读到脑袋屁股都疼的时候会很烦躁…但我还是想做一个自由人，逃脱不了政治意识形态没关系，我一定要知道我生活在哪样的世界里。
