在MBA orientation的时候，作者来学校给国际学生讲座，一人发了一本书。三年后重读，想起了当时做的所有的笔记。内容值得国际学生看，如果照做，价值超过25美金。但是否值得写130页？不。如果你内心能够out of comfortable zone，全部具体操作连一个130页的PPT都太长了。如果你的内心不能够，那么300页也无法让你立刻行动。
