This book recalls the familiar, little age-old story of little monkeys jumping on the bed; one fell off and bumped his head. Momma called the doctor, and the doctor said, "No more monkeys jumping on the bed " ( It is interesting to note that the doctor did not present a fee for his services.) So that the book could have applications to standards of learning, the story needed to involve at least 10 monkeys . Not only is the story fun, but it's educational.
