著者簡介

魯伯特·潘尼（1909—1970）本名Ernest Basil Charles Thornett，齣生於英國康沃爾。第二次大戰期間他在英國政府的密碼學校工作，戰後仍然在政府的通信總部（GCHQ）工作。他從1936年到1941年間發錶瞭八部偵探小說，都以解謎為特色，有的還插入瞭類似埃勒裏·奎因的挑戰讀者，頗具遊戲精神。

詭計很牛，而且有復雜的情結和布局，不像這個作者其它兩本書，雖然還是很囉嗦

詭計很強（為什麼有島田老師各種抄瞭這本的感覺），這迴是真正的無頭屍瞭。plot雖然也挺復雜但和talkative policeman沒法比。一如既往的枯燥啊

警察辦案模式，這本和《Policeman's Evidence》比起來，算是說瞭些人話，不過仍然是不會營造懸念。於是我繼續選擇瞭跳讀。由衷敬佩將這本書翻譯成中文的譯者。說句實在話，詭計再漂亮再復雜，也得有個好故事來襯托啊.。簡介【https://www.douban.com/note/725526466/】
