法哲學批判導言和論猶太人問題真的是兩篇詭異的文章，分析方法幾乎和黑格爾的辯證法一模一樣，卻又拿著黑格爾去超越黑格爾，所謂人是人的本質和精神是人的本質同樣神秘，本體論上的改造也還未完成。現代國傢本身的抽象性使得馬剋思可以通過黑格爾的辯證法揭露它的內在矛盾，但是要做到真正理解已經展開的矛盾就需要一種新的辯證法…從人是社會存在物，人的世界的一切關係，社會力量等錶述中可以看齣馬剋思自己的概念和一種全新的哲學在孕育中瞭。
