When John met Savannah, he knew he was ready to turn over a new leaf. Always the angry rebel, he had dropped out of school and enlisted in the Army, not knowing what else to do with his life. 評分挺好看的，一开始以为这种书可能会比较肤浅，只牵涉到爱情，但是当我看到JOHN和他爸爸相处，尤其是他爸爸快要去世之前他们相处的一段日子时，觉得很感动，他爸爸虽然是个不怎么爱说话的人，也不知道该如何去和儿子交谈，除了说有关硬币的事以外，JOHN甚至都不知道他的母亲当...
評分因为看了电影所以去看这本书的。细节描写非常好，很惊诧男主角John的心思也有这么细腻。书中Savannah给John写分手信的理由和电影中还是不太一样的，令人无奈。有时候我们想一想，是否就差那么一点点等待，你就能等到你梦寐以求的东西了呢？耐心会被孤独冲去，但带来的却是一生...
評分我是看了电影后看的这本书，英语水平有限，囫囵吞枣的看完了....... 很感动，尤其是很敬佩男、女主角那份纯洁的爱。JOHN退役后得知她的困难，不惜卖了父亲生前最爱的COINS，默默的赠给了他曾经深爱却没得到，现在为他人妻的她，而且这钱就是要花在那个耍心机横刀夺爱的...
