我想，这也就是编导们拍摄这部戏的目的所在吧，为疲惫的尘寰中人，提供一幅美丽的水彩画，一杯温暖的大麦茶，或者说，心灵鸡汤。

从看完95版的傲慢与偏见之后，就一直想看BBC 的电视剧。无意中看到“雀起乡到烛镇”这个奇怪的名字，于是好奇的点进去。片头的音乐就让我感觉到了熟悉的气质，一个个故事优雅细致地娓娓道来。

尽管谁都知道，这样的画面肯定经过了电脑特效和CG调色的处理，但是在我们沉醉于这一幅维多利亚时代的田园长卷时，谁还会去想这样煞风景的问题呢？在喧嚣繁忙的都市，我们不都向往着能有这样一个田园风的角落，哪怕是在幻想中，我们可以进去藏身一会儿，躲开所有尘世的纷扰，求...  

不知大家是否注意到，即使在雀起乡那样，人们生活困窘的地方，居民们的家中，一般都还摆着一两套精美的陶瓷餐具或是茶具，平时当做装饰，来客人的时候，当做待客的礼仪用品。
