每次重讀都收獲不少。經典中的經典。
评分如果亞伯拉罕能再多舉一些實例就好瞭。本書的第二部分實際上就是針對應用而言，但我覺得還是不夠，畢竟生活中讓自己情緒不好的情形太多，情況也不一而足。本書的譯本附上瞭很濃的宗教味道，但我想亞伯拉罕的本意絕非如此。但話說迴來，錶麵看來，亞伯拉罕的觀點有時與佛法相悖，但仔細斟酌便知，其實與佛法完全相應，這種思量、比較的過程會比較費力，但一旦通悟，便是滿心歡喜，那時纔知亞伯拉罕的錶述實在是太善巧瞭，其背後乃是讓人感動的智慧與愛心
