每天中午下班时间都是在书店过的,这本书就是利用这个时间看完的。同一排书架上放了很多同类型的书,挑了这本看,很欣慰的,它不是那种到处拼凑的快餐书,是实实在在写了东西的书。 我相信大家也都跟我一样最恨看到书名吸引人,但是内容很泛很空的书了。但是这本看完之后觉...

两天就看完的一本书。之前看过美剧,lie to me,搞的神神秘秘。这本书还挺有科学依据的。例子也挺可爱的。可惜日常生活中怎么才能学会这些啊?连自己的动作也还控制不了呢。

内容多有拖沓,读到后半本时有点索味,不禁要加快阅读速度。有些片段很有启示意义,边阅读时可以边联想到现实生活,甚至一时还有茅塞顿开的感觉。 不过本书所有的精华内容用五页左右的讲义足以囊括,果真如此,于读者有利,于出版社无益。

身體語言可以透露齣一個人真實的內心世界,雖然很多東西可以掩蓋,但總有一些小小的細節逃不過經過訓練的眼睛。這本書適閤邊讀邊實踐,因為學到的東西,不加以運用很快就忘記瞭。但關鍵是,一般人大概沒有那麼多機會來觀察和實踐,特彆是沒有老師指導,會比較睏難的。
