评分身体语言可以透露出一个人真实的内心世界，虽然很多东西可以掩盖，但总有一些小小的细节逃不过经过训练的眼睛。这本书适合边读边实践，因为学到的东西，不加以运用很快就忘记了。但关键是，一般人大概没有那么多机会来观察和实践，特别是没有老师指导，会比较困难的。
