著者簡介

Pete Buttigieg, born in Indiana in 1982, is currently serving his second term as mayor of South Bend. A dynamic national lecturer and TEDx speaker, as well as a Rhodes Scholar and Navy veteran, Buttigieg was educated at Harvard and Oxford. He and his husband, Chasten Glezman, live in South Bend, Indiana.

#投名狀式的競選自傳，規整流暢的藤校議論文，該說什麼，不說什麼都很清楚。像前任大統領一樣，懂得修辭學的重要（相比之下，沃倫還是太實在瞭）。走的大緻是馬剋龍路綫，又能顧及信仰和族群政治，應會在初選發揮得不錯。有趣之處不在作者（在某Yard裏扔塊石頭都能砸傷兩位類似的），而在於民主黨為什麼從史蒂文森開始，對此類候選人樂此不疲。

小皮市長年紀輕輕已經稱得上經曆豐富履曆閃亮瞭最受觸動的一處是他寫到跳齣谘詢坑 When you are connected to an institution with that strong a name, people use it as a shortcut for understanding who you are. And if you're not careful, you use it as a shortcut, too, taking on the shape of that name yourself over time. 人不能夠滿足於學曆與職場的品牌光環一路這麼優秀的人還能有這樣的認知值得共勉從日常市政到黨內綱領都有發展嚮前的眼界希望他未來更有作為吧!
