具體描述

《反思型教師:教師行動研究指南》作者首先基於schon（1983）的理論解釋瞭教學反思的概念。反思可以分為教學行動過程中的反思和教學行動前後對教學過程及教學效果的反思。教師會在備課、授課及課後對自己的教學提齣一係列問題。教師的教學經驗、常識和個人價值觀對這些問題的思考有直接影響。反思型教師具有自身職業發展的主動性，有發現並解決教學問題的意願等。

教師反思實踐是教師職業發展的一個必然條件。反思常常與教師行動研究相關聯，因為反思型教師積極思考解決自己課堂教學中的實際問題的方法。進行教學行動研究需要獲得反映自己教學情況的材料，對此進行思考、分析和判斷並采取相應行動，以達到改進教學的目的。
