著者簡介
Fred I. Steele is a Boston-based independent consultant and author in the areas of organization change, environmental design, and professional development. He is also senior associate of Development Research Associates, a firm specializing in behavioral science, education and consultation. The author received the Ph.D. degree from M.I.T. and the B.S. degree from Yale, where he taught from 1964 and 1969. He is an Adjunct Fellow of the National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavorial Science and a member of the American Psychological Association.
