卡內基文學奬獲得者，英國最著名的兒童作傢之一。他齣生在英國，1917年在俄國做過戰地記者，後與俄國妻子定居在英格蘭湖區，一生中有豐富的航海和探險經曆。他於1929年至1947年之間在湖區創作瞭“燕子號與亞馬遜號”兒童探險係列小說，讓亞瑟蘭塞姆躋身於英國最好的兒童作傢隊伍中，並於1936年獲得英國卡內基文學大奬。
繪圖作者：尤裏·舒利瓦茨（Uri Shulevitz）
圖畫書大師，四屆凱迪剋奬得主，一個永懷希望與夢想的生活者。他1935年齣生於波蘭華沙，4歲跟隨傢人離開華沙，童年在二戰的戰火與逃亡中度過，閱讀和繪畫成為他度過艱難時光重要的支撐力量。因此，在他後來的作品中，信念、想象、遊戲成瞭反復演繹的主題。他24歲時來到紐約，開始為圖書繪製插畫，1963年齣版瞭第一本圖畫書《我房間裏的月亮》，之後又創作瞭《黎明》、《寶藏》、《下雪瞭》、《我怎樣學習地理》等數十部優秀作品。
