卡内基文学奖获得者，英国最著名的儿童作家之一。他出生在英国，1917年在俄国做过战地记者，后与俄国妻子定居在英格兰湖区，一生中有丰富的航海和探险经历。他于1929年至1947年之间在湖区创作了“燕子号与亚马逊号”儿童探险系列小说，让亚瑟兰塞姆跻身于英国最好的儿童作家队伍中，并于1936年获得英国卡内基文学大奖。
绘图作者：尤里·舒利瓦茨（Uri Shulevitz）
图画书大师，四届凯迪克奖得主，一个永怀希望与梦想的生活者。他1935年出生于波兰华沙，4岁跟随家人离开华沙，童年在二战的战火与逃亡中度过，阅读和绘画成为他度过艰难时光重要的支撑力量。因此，在他后来的作品中，信念、想象、游戏成了反复演绎的主题。他24岁时来到纽约，开始为图书绘制插画，1963年出版了第一本图画书《我房间里的月亮》，之后又创作了《黎明》、《宝藏》、《下雪了》、《我怎样学习地理》等数十部优秀作品。
