Sara Wachter-Boettcher runs Rare Union, a content strategy and UX consultancy based in Philadelphia. She is the author of Technically Wrong and Content Everywhere, and the co-author, with Eric Meyer, of Design for Real Life. 知道是一直知道的，看下來還是心情不好：難過，害怕
评分我不太喜歡這本書。雖然裏麵很多觀點-工作上的男女差異，設計中對女性/黑人/壓抑的歧視，以及所有設計師在用戶體驗方麵考慮得不周到，FB/Twitter鬍亂發送瞭很多不適當的推送——我覺得都很正常！我們本來就不可能一步到位麵麵俱到，畢竟設計給全世界用戶用的東西是非常challenging and unpredictable 的，隻要承認自己的不完美再一直iteration不就好瞭嘛……真沒必要寫一本書.
