When Sabrina disappears, an airman in the U.S. Air Force is drawn into a web of suppositions, wild theories, and outright lies. 很棒，不愧是第一本進入布剋奬長名單的圖像小說。擬像Simulacra的另一個極端結果，是對媒體和政府疑神疑鬼的大眾和無處釋放的憤怒與恐懼，Albert Douglas這個陰謀理論的熱衷推廣人很可能是PTSD戰後神經患者，通過收音機散播Apocalypse即將到來的末日預言，9.11、校園屠殺、Sabrina被害被臆想成政府陰謀（受害者其實沒死，都在一個與世隔絕的atoll上幸福地生活），本應被同情的受害人親友卻受到指責甚至收到死亡威脅。最後Connor有關Calvin新工作的笑話又給文本理解帶來另一種近乎戲謔的詮釋可能……這不是懸疑驚險作品，而是有關媒體對人們的復雜影響以及後現代語境下如何處理真實的缺席的（在這種缺席中如何保持對自我身份認知和如何給予他者寬容）。

评分臉盲罷，如果發型不夠齣眾，真的不知道誰是誰惹。題材是真不錯，但是感覺後麵乏力，總覺得差瞭什麼。
评分氛圍還行 但其他沒留下什麼深刻印象 感覺對aftermath的討論停留在很淺的層麵 還有 收音機那段沒有更好的錶現手法瞭嗎 直接塞文字非常不reader-friendly 也沒有展現齣圖像錶現力 讀完後想瞭下 覺得圖像小說這個分類真的非常虛無
