很贊同投資的第一原則：控製感。沒有驚艷，剩下的有空慢慢讀瞭

反復聽瞭三遍。對於生活在澳洲的人，是非常實用的理財工具書。 1. 對於債務（尤其是房貸）的態度，與我之前看房地産投資的觀點迥異，新的思考角度。 2. 對於養老年金有詳細介紹，值得深入研究。 3. 針對退休前的準備，也有很細緻的分步指導，要慢慢學習。

飛機讀物，意外的還不錯，尤其是對我這種零基礎的人來說。用來做personal finance management或者做financial counselling都挺簡單好上手的。優點和缺點都是隻適閤澳洲的context啦，整體也會有些避重就輕，最難的減少支齣增加收入都是嘴炮輕輕帶過233。但整體風格和date night的設定比較喜歡。最近可以慢慢實踐起來～
