释净宗，一九六六年生于安徽宣城。一九八六年毕业于中国民航学院。一九九〇年皈依三宝。鉴真学院名誉院长、特聘教授兼研究生导师。

法师整理编撰的《善导大师全集》《净土三经》等净土宗文献丛刊已在岳麓书社正式出版。短文集《心籁》《爱的道路》及学术专著《善导大师的净土思想》三书已由东方出版社出版发行。《故乡风月有谁争》一书已由新星出版社出版发行。均在佛教界产生了良好反响。
