作者简介
Jerry Kaplan is widely known in the computer industry as a serial entrepreneur, technical innovator, and best-selling author. He is currently a Fellow at the Center for Legal Informatics at Stanford University and teaches ethics and impact of artificial intelligence in the Computer Science Department.

[有声书] 原以为会是对个人的建议，没想到后来很多也都是宏观政策上的一些提议，想想也是可以理解。信息量很大，有时候也说了些有的没的。倒是稍微多了解了一点广告公司是怎么投放广告的（感觉应该早就知道原理才对，哈哈），也从具体例子（亚马逊）角度看到了信息的重要性。这类书都会提到对未来教育的挑战，不仅是AI对教育方法本身的挑战，还有对未来需要什么样的人才的考量。惊叹于这种书由大学出版社出版，感觉没有那么学术的说。不得不说作者的社会责任感棒棒，美国精英教育的典型产物。

评分“此岗位不招人类”，作者介绍了AI的发展历史和前景，认为随着AI的发展，越来越多的工作会被AI自动化，例如卡车司机、律师、教师等。随之而来的是大面积的失业和财富都分配不均（集中在几个人手中）。作者提出的两个解决方案是，一提供培训贷款（类似住房贷），公司发出有条件聘用书，求职者参加培训获得相关技能，正式入职后以工资偿付贷款。二是不患寡而患不均，建立相应的机制让大部人都有基础的生活保障。还提出人类应当做好准备，不要成为AI的圈养动物。
