著者簡介
Malcolm Gladwell has been a staff writer at The New Yorker since 1996. He is the author of The Tipping Point, Blink, Outliers, and What the Dog Saw. Prior to joining The New Yorker, he was a reporter at the Washington Post. Gladwell was born in England and grew up in rural Ontario. He now lives in New York.

本書大部分可以看作給Grit做注腳。另一部分講倒U麯綫。
评分前麵的“小魚大池”等等的說的還算在理，到後麵我開始看不懂他想說明什麼瞭。

评分過猶不及的案例教學 :-D 但是很多論證感覺很危險，不敢完全相信。
