很實用的一本書,對吃什麼食物最健康講得挺細緻的.... 進食的時候細嚼慢咽,晚餐的時候可以喝點紅酒對身體有好處,多吃榖類和瘦肉,其中引用的一個中國廣西某個山村的案列也挺不錯的..這本書也是在Thai的YouTube裏他推薦的一本書..
