very good!与我自己的感知差不多，边缘神经系统的可塑性比中央神经系统要强。我的身体比大学时代好了不知道多少，我明显的散发青春的活力。或许我也属于hippocampal neuron survive吧。

是否只有统计才能说明问题呢？其实作者也明确的指出了很多地方没有证明causal relationship，反复强调了只是strong indication. It certainly opens up a lot of possibilities, “敢想”也算是“做到”的前提吧

关于脑在成年后是否会继续重塑的新学说，这本书是肯定的。失去平衡的病人通过重新对脑部刺激而习得新的平衡功能。因为神经反应迟钝学习缓慢的孩子通过对神经的专注训练而提高了阅读能力。自闭症和BDNF的关联耳目一新。恋爱喜好模式不仅仅和天生有关，也会通过环境和后天习得而固型. 从有争议并且PETA参与的银泉猴案例到中风病人的康复训练，让我心情真是矛盾。不过脑科研究中，灵长类动物因为最像人，所以是经常被拿来开刀的头等选择。T_T 幽灵四肢导致的大脑疼痛地图之发现相当有趣，也对医学止痛有现实意义。思维改变脑架构大概是积极心理学的根基之一, 也让我对心理分析有了新的看法。年纪增长不代表大脑死亡，一半大脑也不代表会功能异常。最后的思维和文化文明的塑造挺有意思的.
