作者简介
谭恩美（Amy Tan）著名美籍华裔女作家，1989年出版第一部长篇小说《喜福会》，自此奠定了她在文学界的声誉。其小说多以华裔二代移民的身份认同与母女关系冲突为主题，以“象牙套球般精巧的故事结构”和神秘的东方色彩见长，被誉为“华裔文学的代表人物”“故事的魔术师”。

评分Thank god!这本三年前在旧金山Halfmoon Bay买的大部头小说终于读完了！喜欢Amy Tan是因为看了以她的同名小说《喜福会》为本拍摄的电影，后来又在上海外文书店买了《喜福会》这本书。上流花柳巷子里的烟火气，环境细节的刻画，传统女性的心理，女人间的冲突与和解，都恰到好处。
