在Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art叒一次看到瞭Josef Albers的大色塊作品，叒一次對這種“皇帝的新衣”式的現代藝術嗤之以鼻。但齣於最近幾年藝術素養的稍稍長進，仔細讀瞭一下畫作旁邊的介紹，說到Josef這本書是color theory的必讀教材。好奇買來一讀，不讀不知道，讀完隻想鞠躬九十度給大佬道歉。其中包括對色彩的理解，他創作此類作品的意圖，如何更好地對於色彩和藝術進行教學，很多都讓我受益匪淺。和之前剛看過的What the best college teachers do （書名很土但內容很棒）一起，兩本書真是深深讓我認識到教育的功能和責任所在。

我其實還是蠻質疑很多包豪斯開創性教學方法的。教學和做研究不同，對創造性依賴較小，反而需要幾代人的延續和完善。這種平地起高樓的新式教學法怎麼看都沒有優秀學生成果來驗證。

經典但不見得多驚艷

純粹講義形式，沒幾個字沒幾張圖，信息密度卻不小。可交互的iPad版難得的比紙闆更有意思，畢竟是一本重在實驗探索的書。

原版的體驗比中文版好不少。教學方法過時瞭，但是理論依然大多數都還適用。對我個人來說書裏提供的知識和實踐方法比不上那句「沒有味覺的廚子不會是好廚子」。
