怎么说呢，只要靠个人认真琢磨就一定能做到以下。but很多问题其实需要公司文化支持的。
评分换一个工作时对新的工作环境应该做的准备
评分主要针对的是经理 不过其他工作变动也是有很大参考意义的
评分目前的有用程度只有三星，但提供了基本的思路，就是落实上很难。或许成了manager或者空降到哪时候更有用，到时候会再读。
评分对于角色转换的指引非常好。
