其实主要就读了立法司法两章虽然已经过去十多年里面的一些见解还是有意义的不过总觉得Peerenboom对中国的情况过分乐观了大概以后有心情的话还会把它的另外几章翻开看看吧

This is written by someone who really knows something about China. Peerenboom did not have all the prescriptions, but he sure got the diagnoses right.
