看了ch.1, 11, 12, conclusion。作者的态度蛮现实的，更强调技术型的薄法治，而非价值化的厚法治，只是在02年写作时未免乐观了点
评分其实主要就读了立法司法两章 虽然已经过去十多年 里面的一些见解还是有意义的 不过总觉得Peerenboom对中国的情况过分乐观了 大概以后有心情的话还会把它的另外几章翻开看看吧
