由卒姆托自己和Hauser二人撰寫的關於Vals浴室的長文兩篇。其中，卒姆托給齣的關於浴室的剖麵圖可能最為珍貴，解釋瞭諸多技術問題：牆體澆築過程（比如片麻岩的模數，根本就不是後來貼上去的，是整體作為模闆澆築進去的）、防水（非常復雜）、保溫、以及伸縮縫（因為鼕天的外牆溫度降到0下15，而水溫在0上35度）和天光的結閤。Hauser的解釋比較偏重文化背景的闡釋。比如，他會講述Vals地區片麻岩的地質形成過程（裏麵含瞭石英、雲母），當地人的常規用法。西方曆史中對於洗浴的儀式化和文化認識。圖麵精良，價格昂貴。
