很多人推荐的很薄的小册子。我现在手下有4个人了，管理方式完全是学我之前的老板（应该是公司里经济学家中最好的老板了），经常在想自己还有什么可以做得更好的，于是找了这本书来读，发现我前老板以身作则地以及把这些原则都教给我了，很感恩。当然了，都是知易行难的东西，希望自己也能成为我老板那样的老板！

其实,说它是伪书,也可以.因为其中心思想,无非是几本书的核心思想拼凑出来的.但是,我没有去亚马逊上面核实其英文版的标题 .或许,现在的盗版或伪书,已发达到了,同样的标题 ,但内容不同的地步吧. 但是,我仍然要写上"力荐",如果这本书是伪书,那么,这本书的作者,至少是很厉害的.因...

管理学入门，却很实用。09年初读的，最近打印了纸质版本，再读一遍。 good points： 做乘客和做司机 - 角色不同，要求不同，要有牺牲的自觉 领导人只花时间来解决问题，而非责备别人 - 要事第一 - 什么是要事？ 进入学习地带！
