i really hate the plot when male is manipulating female, which makes me feel so bad. I was glad to see at last carrie won the game of three, but her desire to climb up will one day hold her back cuz desire is without limit. But the role of newspapers in the book is worth scrutiny for sure

Sometimes I hate to be told that there's another version of the story.But this is not the case with Sister Carrie.The only character I appreciate is Ames yet he has only been given such short accounts!!
