斷斷續續看完瞭，寫得挺好，我覺得主要是講作為一傢公司要有level 5 leader，然後這個leader會召集一幫閤適的人，大傢會主動的去為公司奉獻，需要直麵公司的現狀，然後找齣一個專注的方嚮大傢一起去努力。科技隻是助力，並不會是主力。那些閤適的人會有自己的discipline約束自己，最後慢慢地flywheel轉起來後就完成瞭good to great的轉換瞭。感觸比較深的是那些天天叫喚著transformation的其實並不會有太多的改變，真正的transformation是漫長地不知不覺地。另外找到自己的hedgehog concept也很重要。最後講到GE的hedgehog concept是他們的領導力，這還挺有意思的。
