评分總體印象是大膽的色彩和滲人的想象。可能因為想得太好瞭，所以讀起來略失望。每首詩裏或多或少都有亮點，但早些寫的詩（因為這是第一本詩集？）有點拼湊且繁復。比如Mushrooms讓我想到瞭狄金森，Full Fathom Five想到瞭莎翁的暴風雨；可是個人感覺普拉斯堆徹得有點兒過頭瞭，明明開頭很好但最後總是打瞭摺扣。另外，我是真的討厭紅色；紅（還都是鮮紅）藍配也同樣不喜歡。
