很严谨，更像教科书打基本功的书籍，而不仅仅是大谈经验。前半部分讲估值的方法，非常非常有用，与普通投资者惯用的方法大体不太相同，独辟蹊径，从实战中淘炼出来的精华。或许你从业多年，也未必听过这么有用的方法。 读来感觉相见恨晚。果然如封面上所说，每个严肃的价值投资者都应拥有。

评分一本介绍价值投资的经典图书。价值投资的过程可以概括为5步：1.选择要进行估值的股票；2.估计其价值;3.估计其安全边际；4.多只股票组成一个分散化的投资组合；5.决定什么时候卖出。总结：价值投资是基于经验的投资艺术，所采用的方法计算出来的值往往是不求精确的，更多的是一个范围值，且价值投资所认为的内在价值是随时变动的，在不同情况下，内在价值是不同的。价值投资最可靠的经验是保守主义，无论是能力圈、安全边际、对风险的观点，对预期增长的看法都是基于保守主义。价值投资者认为投资成功的秘诀有两条：第一条，不要亏钱，第二条，不要忘记第一条。
