评分有点长，读得很费劲，但书到后半部渐入佳境，欲罢不能。掩卷后的感想，硬，那是相当地硬。文笔硬，故事硬，材料组织得缜密。就商战小说而言，比比国内的圈子圈套之类的，感慨差距确实是大。

评分leveraged Buy-out； the largest and most dramatic corporate takeover in American history；想看的杠杆运作居然能省的都给省了，通篇都在讲人性贪婪与权力斗争，可惜残酷程度比起官场小说来还差了一点。
