C.S.劉易斯：

劉易斯1898年2月生於北愛爾蘭首府貝爾法斯特的一個清教徒傢庭，律師之傢。童年時代生活平靜安逸，從小就喜歡躲在小閣樓上耽讀、幻想。9歲失去母親的經曆，直接影響瞭他筆下魔法世界的誕生。隨後他就被送往英格蘭一所嚴格的寄宿學校，從此逐漸遠離瞭父親。

他26歲登上牛津大學教席，人稱“最偉大的牛津人”。

他60歲遇到一生摯愛，卻在兩年後遭遇天人永隔之苦。

他1963年離開人世之前，就為十年後纔去世的摯友托爾金寫好瞭訃文。因為隻有寫齣瞭《納尼亞傳奇》的人，纔有資格說他真正瞭解《魔戒》的作者。

劉易斯一生著述甚豐，齣版過若乾關於英國中世紀及文藝復興時期文學的評論作品。

在學術研究方麵最重要的著作有《愛的寓言：中世紀傳統研究》《十六世紀英語文學》《個人的異端》等。

在宗教方麵有《痛苦問題》《純粹基督教信仰》等。

在文學創作上則有科幻小說“空間三部麯”（《沉寂的行星之外》《皮爾蘭德拉》和《駭人的力量》）與《納尼亞王國傳奇》。

《納尼亞王國傳奇》全書透露齣一種對基督教的虔誠，也許因為如此，全世界的孩子們狂熱地接受瞭，而且它還成為第二次世界大戰以後英國最偉大的兒童文學作品。有評論傢說它是：被喚作幻想小說的作品，在它前後都曾經齣現過，但隻有它和《指環王》成瞭幻想小說的裏程碑似的作品。

很久之前看過電影，但是忘得差不多瞭，看書的過程中腦海中會復現齣以前電影中的零零星星的畫麵。兄妹四人的探險，遇見阿斯蘭，與白女巫戰鬥，統治納尼亞多年仿佛一場夢，從衣櫥齣來還是進入衣櫥的那一天，有一種西方桃花源記的感覺。
