短小精悍，揭開瞭法律的兩層麵紗：1.道德和法律混同的危害；2.邏輯演繹的謊言。既然法律背後是利益的博弈，那麼不如好好思考啥目標是最平衡利益的，所以給齣的方法也是功利主義的。霍姆斯果真是徹底的懷疑主義，批判法學派的祖師爺。但是為啥批判邏輯就不用邏輯論證瞭，說明一個道理全是舉例子舉例子...#2019.31
