故事有一个有趣的背景设定，且用许多小故事共同串成一个大事件。但是某些小故事本身并不吸引，起码我不习惯这样的小短篇。其中印象最深刻的是将麦卡锡主义肆虐同Wild cards病毒结合起来那几篇故事中流露的压抑和绝望。第一部就横跨了近40年。看看第二部能不能吸引我，希望能从其中看到更多核心角色互动，如果不能可以弃坑了。

笔法超赞，整部书都可用来作为小说撰写的标准教材，第一部分的笔法和world war Z类似，多视角多角度描述事件，但完爆world war z，笔力不是一个等级的
