理查德·A·艾珀斯坦(Richard A.Epstein)，1943年4月17日齣生，芝加哥大學James Parker Hall榮休傑齣服務法學教授，現任紐約大學法學院Laurence A.Tisch法學教授。主要研究領域為：通訊傳播法、憲法、健康法和政策、財産權和侵權法等。
