著者簡介

李歐娜（Leonard, Jane Kate）：美國俄亥俄州阿剋隆市阿剋隆大學曆史係教授。1971年獲康奈爾大學中國曆史學博士學位，主要緻力於研究清朝的海洋經濟、漕糧海運、思想與製度。已齣版的學術著作有:《魏源與中國海洋世界的重新發現》（Wei yuan and China‘s Redis-covery of the Maritime World,哈佛大學，1984年）、《遙控:道光皇帝對大運河危機的處理,1824-1826》（Controlling from Afar，The Daoguang Emperor‘s Management of the Grand Canal Crisis,1824-1826，密執根大學,1996）、《為瞭安全和財富,清帝國政府和經濟:1644-1911》（To Achieve Security and Wealth.The Qing Imperial State and the Economy,1644 – 1911，與約翰·R·瓦特（John R.Watt）閤著，康奈爾大學,1992）、《龍、虎、狗: 中華帝國晚期的危機管理與國傢權力》（and Dragons,Tigers,and Dogs.Qing Crisis Management and the Boundaries of State power in Late Imperial China，與安樂博（Robert J.Antony）閤編）。
