作者简介

李欧娜（Leonard, Jane Kate）：美国俄亥俄州阿克隆市阿克隆大学历史系教授。1971年获康奈尔大学中国历史学博士学位，主要致力于研究清朝的海洋经济、漕粮海运、思想与制度。已出版的学术著作有:《魏源与中国海洋世界的重新发现》（Wei yuan and China‘s Redis-covery of the Maritime World,哈佛大学，1984年）、《遥控:道光皇帝对大运河危机的处理,1824-1826》（Controlling from Afar，The Daoguang Emperor‘s Management of the Grand Canal Crisis,1824-1826，密执根大学,1996）、《为了安全和财富,清帝国政府和经济:1644-1911》（To Achieve Security and Wealth.The Qing Imperial State and the Economy,1644 – 1911，与约翰·R·瓦特（John R.Watt）合著，康奈尔大学,1992）、《龙、虎、狗: 中华帝国晚期的危机管理与国家权力》（and Dragons,Tigers,and Dogs.Qing Crisis Management and the Boundaries of State power in Late Imperial China，与安乐博（Robert J.Antony）合编）。
