刚刚听完有声书，真是气炸了，感觉什么都没有交代清楚。明明最后原子弹把他们都炸了，那为什么老太太要让他们去送死？ 原本期待几个人去了拉斯维加斯以后能大干一番，搞个反动什么的，结果居然还没开始就全死光光了。 太失望，感觉烂尾了。全篇花了这么多时间好多细节介绍人物，结果剧情主线真的是骨感，毫无逻辑。

这本书不是传统意义上的恐怖/惊悚小说，而是“Apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic fiction”，算是属于科幻小说。1000多页的英文对现在的我确实太长，我是听audible版

终于读完The Stand原著，长吁一口气！真是神作啊，有金爷最爱的《蝇王》的样子。无论从小来说角色刻画，还是从大来说对历史，政治，宗教的观点和思考，都是史诗级的精彩。历史就是人类不断重复过往罪恶的伤疤。Larry Underwood是我最钟爱的金爷角色没有之一，真的太爱他了，哭泣，语言无法形容。
