评分在荒原之后的终点。艾略特在短短一组诗里探索了宗教、历史、存在和时间。从Heraclitus到WWII，时间在四重奏里也混合成一种永恒。全诗的结构也比荒原更加成熟，本身有一种美感。读到最后可以说全诗和其构成都融入了其思想的一部分......如果想要完全理解诗人想说的话，肯定还要再读很多遍，肯定也是值得的。
