In Tampa, a serial killer is terrorizing the college community and the entire city. An animal is stalking, defiling, killing and mutilating college coeds. Sergeant Jake Steele has the daunting task of stopping a vicious predator before more young women become victims. The killer tries to turn the tables by playing a cat and mouse game with Steele. Steele not only battles a killer, but a superior within the department and the women in his life.
