怎麼講呢。我覺得要說還是Peterson更intelligent一點，Shapiro有時候strikes one as someone who isn’t able to think more than what he perceives to be facts. 這可能也正是他在捍衛的way of life - not attempting at understanding the other argument fully but rejects it at its face value. 這書隨便翻翻就好瞭，讀多要變笨的。

[有聲書] 這本就是典型的那種讀之前有某種特定的期待，讀下來反而瞭解到瞭“沒有期待”的內容… 保守派的作者的主旨是抨擊左派的美國大學教授對學生的洗腦，全書也是為瞭乾這事兒，雖然是有點斷章取義其他人的言論來為自己的觀點佐證，但最關鍵的還是在過分重復陳述觀點羅列證據，沒有太多深入的論點和論證。然而，因為是2004年成書，所以雖然有以上缺點，卻能給人一麵看當時美國社會、政治、大學校園文化和風氣的鏡子：不僅發現有些當時的潮流話題的到現在已消失殆盡（畢竟很有時效性比如911以及之後的伊拉剋阿富汗戰爭），也會發現現在常談的話題當中有的能追溯到近20年前或者也許更老（eg同性戀、身份政治的苗頭），有的則是近年的産物（eg變性）。總的來說，還是有收獲的！
