Written at the height of Nietzsche's intellectual powers, this extensive and sophistictated philosophical work discusses what would later become some of his most important themes and views, such as the ideas of eternal recurrence and that God is dead. Containing the most poetry ever published by this thinker, this work also suggests that science, skepticism, and intellectual freedom lead to mental freedom.
