伊恩•M.班剋斯 Iain M.Banks （1954— ）：英國著名作傢，生於蘇格蘭，曾就讀於斯特林大學，主修英語文學、哲學和心理學。他以伊恩•班剋斯為筆名寫作主流小說，以伊恩•M.班剋斯的筆名寫作科幻小說。
