皮耶‧巴亞德(PIERRE BAYARD)
巴黎第五大學的法國文學教授兼心理分析學者。曾齣版過許多書籍,《福爾摩斯錯瞭!》(Sherlock Holmes Was Wrong: Reopening the Case of the Hound of the Baskervilles)、《誰殺瞭艾剋洛德?》(Who Killed Roger Ackroyd?: The Mystery Behind the Agatha Christie Mystery)。他也擔任過電視評論節目主持人。
"Provocative, challenging and witty...In challenging the line between reading and non-reading, Bayard actually whet my appetite to read more."--"USA Today "With so many important books out there, and thousands more being published each year, what are we supposed to do in those inevitable social situations where we're forced to talk about books we haven't read? Pierre Bayard argues that it doesn't really matter if you've read a book or not. (In fact, in certain situations, reading the book is the worst thing you could do.)
